Q: How long is shipping?

A: This Depends on the product, Pre order wigs are made to order & take about 7-14 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped USPS Priority or First Class. You will receive your tracking number prior to the package being shipped. 

 

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?

A: Currently we ship to USA & Canada.

 

Q: Do you make the custom wigs?

A: Yes, Custom wigs are made to order. 

 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We have a 7 day return policy on custom order wigs only, However please email us with any issues you may have so we can assist you the best way possible.
